Ladies and Gentlemen,
We have hit the floor running for the 2010 Primary Elections.  I am listing important dates that you will want to be aware of: 
Monday, February 1st - Last day to register to vote
Tuesday, February 16th - First day of early voting
Tuesday, February 23rd - Last day to apply for ballot by mail (received not postmarked)
Friday, February 26th - Last day of early voting
Tuesday, March 2nd - Primary election date
Tuesday, April 13th - Runoff election date
If you would like a place to volunteer, please do not hesitate to contact one of the ECRW Officers.

Monday, February 15th, is our next scheduled Monthly Luncheon.  Our scheduled guests will be our 11th District Congressman Mike Conaway, Al Cowan and Chris Younts - candidates for 11th Congressional District.  Deborah Lehrmann, candidate for Texas Supreme Court Place 3 will also be speaking at our luncheon.  They will speak about their candidacy for the March Primary. Please make an effort to attend.  We really get to know a lot about the candidates when they come to share their beliefs and view points. 
We have also planned a Local Candidate Forum for Thursday, February 18th at 6:30 PM.  The forum will be held at the Ector County Republican Headquarters.
If you have not renewed your membership you can print off a membership application, fill it our and mail it to the address listed.
